ABOUT US

We are a group of Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics who work in Riverside County. We are responsible for providing medical care and treatment when the citizens of Riverside County call 911. Over the years Riverside County has had an excessive number of submersions. This is unacceptable and can be 100% prevented. Children should not become injured and die needlessly due to an avoidable accident. We have written a childrens book called "Toby the Dolpin and Water Safety".  This book is fun and interactive as well as teaches children how to be safe in water. We also provide additional water safety tips for parents through our informative handouts.  For more information about our team of highly trained individuals, head over to our MEET THE TEAM page by clicking the tab at the top of this page, or by clicking HERE

Splash Medics is also developing a water safety program that will be free to families who otherwise cannot afford it. The objective is to provide this water safety training in pools to children of all ages, utilizing the Red Cross program with WSI certified instructors. During this training we will also be providing safety training and education to the parents. This will encompass bathtub, pool, lake and ocean awareness and safety. Our ultimate goal is to reduce the submersion statistics in Riverside County next year and for all subsequent years.  By raising more funds we can implement the water safety portion of this program.
